Fantastic experience: I recently Joined Paul's 1:1 sessions for an upcoming event of which Paul has being a tremendous help and support re S&C training to get me to the acquired level of fitness. Paul is a excellent Professional and Passionate Coach/Mentor whose skills are without question one of the best I have ever come across who is full of encouragement and straight to the point with great humour thrown in all the sessions. He is a great motivator and knows how to get results, Would highly recommend Paul and his excellent equipped Gym.

Fantastic experience: The 1:1 sessions with Paul helped me get back into exercising. He was able to tailor each session to what my needs were. I found because it was one to one it kept me accountable and made me show up. After each session I came away motivated!

Fantastic experience: I started 1:1 sessions with Paul in an attempt to reduce my long standing back pain. Paul recommended a physio assessment and he worked closely with the physio throughout my time with quay fitness. He never let my back pain get in the way of a good training session Paul was able to adjust all exercises depending on my pain levels to ensure I was still able to work the necessary muscle groups. After a few sessions my back pain dramatically reduced while my strength greatly improved. I now feel confident in my ability to complete exercises/ use gym equipment correctly in any gym and my back pain is near non-existent. Sessions with Paul were always motivating, educational and a bit of craic too. Money well spent, I don’t know why I didn’t do it sooner. I would highly recommend Paul’s 1:1 sessions, I’ve even bought quay fitness vouchers for a couple of my nearest and dearest :)

Fantastic experience: Joined quay fitness back in June and haven’t left since. Started with 1 to 1’s two mornings a week and then Paul allowed me to try force 5 classes so I changed to one class and kept one morning of 1 to 1’s. The program was made to suit what I wanted to focus on and was very easy to follow outside of quay fitness. Paul had a great attitude towards checking in and seeing how things were going from time to time. Early morning training with Paul has been easy, never dread doing to classes. Paul never placed restrictions on enjoying life outside gym In terms of going out or foods so the program was so achievable and enjoyable. Small classes for force 5 made going to the gym so comfortable with covid-19 pandemic and all equipment cleaned so regularly. He also sends informative information from time to time to help aid you along the fitness trail. When I couldn’t go to gym over restrictions Paul was straight away giving me advice and equipment for home work outs to keep up on the fitness plan. I have seen massive improvements in my strength and over all fitness levels from training with Paul

No idea who you are Gerry. Why would you leave a negative review for a gym you’ve never experienced? I’ve reported this to Google. Hopefully they ban all trolls.
Fantastic experience: Can't recommend Paul enough. He's wonderfully talented, patient, genuine and I always end up laughing during a workout. Strange but true! Have been to a few gyms but you'll get no better in ballina than PG quay fitness.

Fantastic experience: Top class coach. Really knows his stuff. I set all my running pb's after doing several months of strength and conditioning with Paul. This included distances from 5km to 50km. Paul's professional, yet friendly and encouraging manner helped me achieve my goals and set new personal standards. His knowledge of anatomny and strength and conditioning techniques are second to none.
