Fantastic experience: Brilliant and profesional Thank you very much

Fantastic experience: I ended up developing a good deal of hip/back trouble (30 years of age), I think it probably started one day when I was putting down some laminate flooring in my brothers house, and had to lift this heavy mitre saw I have up and down from my attic where I was storing it. Didn't realise at the time I had done any real damage, for the following year I would get random back spasms, though I was just simply tweaking a muscle in my back. I took up mountain running, this same year, ended up completing a couple mountain runs, and two half marathons, put my back issue kept slowly deteriorating. Then is spread to my hip one morning. I still though it was another muscle issue at this stage. Got to a point where I couldn't run, couldn't really walk straight either, was having constant back/hip pain, even to the point where getting out of bed became a physically painful and somewhat of a challenging activity. At this point reached out to cork therapy clinic after a friend with knee issues had recommended them. Was very quickly diagnosed that I had a nerve/sciatica problem, and then started working on it from there with Eric who was great to work with. Took a couple of months, of sessions to get me back in order, and progress was not perfectly linear, I think its just the nature of this back/hip issue I had. But by the massage/ physical therapy and the advice from cork therapy clinic now back to a good bill of health and pain free in my back and hip. Would strongly recommend them to anyone with similar issues.

Fantastic experience: We brought our baby for an appointment with Deirdre who was brilliant with our little girl and really engaged her in the session. Deirdre had lots of information and knowledge to share with us and really helped to reassure us.

Fantastic experience: After having a triple break and dislocation of my shoulder last summer, there was lots of rehab to be done, and so I choose Cork Therapy Centre for physio. Having never broken a bone before I was totally unaware of the amazing role that physiotherapists play in our recovery. A huge thanks to Helen Power and Dr Sean McKenna for their great expertise and encouragement. In fact, my surgeon was so impressed with my progress that he insisted on knowing who my physiotherapist was. In conclusion, I feel that we are truly blessed to have such a top notch facility in Tower.
