French Vanoli is the premium fitness centre in the West of Ireland. Our centre focuses on Crossfit, Strength and Core, Athlete programs, Pilates, Yoga and Pregnancy Programs

Fantastic experience: Coach P as the juniors call him is Amazing in F.V Oranmore. He has a great way with the kids. He is nice to them yet can control & disipline them without having to raise his voice. The kids respect him. He motivates the kids very well & also brings a fun factor to the class. Really great Coach
