Fantastic experience: Amazing would recommend to anyone no matter your level. Tony and Dave are so positive and motivating whether starting out or pro they will push you to your best. I moved back to Ireland after years so knew no one. Everyone was welcoming and made friends for Life. The workouts are always different and keep you interested.
