Fantastic experience: I've been going to Nisus Fitness club for the past number of years. Nisus has excellent classes and trainers, you can train in the club or online which helps me stay motivated as I am always on the go. During Covid the online classes kept me going and at the club the separate pods made it a very safe environment. Joe and the team are always there to give guidance on workouts that suit you, help on nutrition or just give friendly banter making a great place to train. During lockdown Joe started another Restarter booster program which is free to members and Joe sends motivational messages which keeps everyone going through the booster. Overall it is an amazing club and I recommend anyone who is looking for a change to join.

Fantastic experience: Joe and the team continue to maintain freshness in their approach to training. They provide an excellent variety of online live classes to keep us going during lockdown and the hands on interest in each member from Joe in particular helps to keep you motivated. I would highly recommend Nisus to anybody that is looking for a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Can't wait to get back to the facility in Tralee where they have individual training stations set up with no sharing of any equipment.

Fantastic experience: I’m having such a fantastic journey with NISUS Fitness. Their approach to health and training has been so helpful over the last year; when life and work in the health sector was becoming a challenge the online forum and encouragement was excellent and kept me focused on my fitness goals! Fantastic experience: Excellent facility. A variety of classes throughout the day to suit all levels of fitness with trainers who go above and beyond to coach every individual. No matter if you've just joined or been a member for years, you don't feel intimidated. Throughout a crazy 2020 / 2021, Joe and his team have been ahead of the game with online classes / adapting the club for more socially distanced training and going that extra mile to keep members on track with fitness and lifestyle including diet and general health. Highly recommend if you're looking for more than a gym.

Fantastic experience: Joe and his team are absolutely fantastic. I got to know them through our work wellness program using MyZone which is a brilliant tool that I cannot leave home without anymore! Joe helped me train for my first half marathon last year and his approach and training schedule were so straight forward and easy to follow. Their online classes through lockdown were a life saver and their advice is always practical and easy to follow and understand.

They offer a varity of highly professional classes that are both enjoyable and challenging and has offered a level of consistency and motivation to my own training that I was lacking. Fantastic experience: Great variety of classes both online and in the gym. I have been a member for over a year now and don't think I would get the same experience in any other gym. Trainers are brilliant and push you hard. The gym itself is immaculate and has recently been refurbished to comply with covid recommendations. Everyone now trains in their own sanitized pod. Truly, a 5 star gym experience.

Fantastic experience: Excellent club. Great facility, helpful and encouraging trainers even with all the upheavals this year. I can't recommend Nisus highly enough. I joined in January as a novice to this type of training so was a bit apprehensive but the trainers really helped me along.

They offer a great variety of classes and the times of the classes are pretty perfect too. I cannot fault them in anyway only praise them for being incredibly helpful, friendly and super motivating, I never thought I would want to do two classes in one day and enjoy them!! Nisus Fitness are a fantastic team with great facilities and I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I am an online member of NISUS Fitness Club since June and my only regret is that I didn't sign up sooner. They provide a fantastic service with the help of professional and knowledgeable trainers, who always encourage to do your absolute best. Wide range of sessions is available at different intensity levels and verious times throughout the day to suit your needs. I like the social aspect of it, even though you're only connecting from the comfort of your own home. Another great thing is access to recipe packs which I really love, it's important to combine good workout with healthy nutritious diet. I would highly recommend NISUS to everyone. Sign up today!

The use of the MyZone belt added a whole new dimension for me and gives a constant source of motivation. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Nisus for six months and would recommend it highly. There is a a great range of classes with lots of variety. Joe and his team of trainers are great motivators and really get you to push your limits! There is a great fun atmosphere in the club and the online classes are excellent also especially if you have a Myzone heart rate monitor. Joining Nisus is a great first step to a healthier lifestyle.

Fantastic experience: Love this place. Such a great atmosphere. Was nervous when i first joined but the lads in Nisus made me feel so comfortable. I settled right in, and really enjoy the classes. The classes include a great variety of exercises and plenty of times to choose from. The trainers are always on hand to help and assist you in any way possible.
