Fantastic experience: Simply the friendliest staff I've ever dealt with, and so helpful! I called up to check if they had a particular item in stock (which they didn't because there's shortages everywhere) but really kindly offered to give me a sample they had, to tide me over in the meantime. First time I'd ever been in, and they didn't hesitate to help. Certainly won't be the last time I'm in either!
