Fantastic experience: Heidi took my very nervous daughter for swimming lessons and she got on amazingly well. The progress she made in such a short space of time was amazing. Heidi helped my daughter conquer her fear of water to the point that she enjoyed every session and was so proud coming out to tell me all she had learned. I hope we can get back to her lessons soon because I know my daughter is benefiting from them so much more than in group lessons. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: We have been going to swim lessons with Heidi for a number of years with our daughters. Her teaching style is of incredible patience, intuition and knowledge and it has been a pleasure to watch our children be taught with her. We know of no other swim teacher like her and our children always state that "Heidi is the best!"

Fantastic experience: I contacted heidi during lockdown about a trial class of speech and drama for my 7year old son Kyle who had been asking for ages to join a speech and drama class. And are we so so glad I did. Kyle absolutely loves it. He actually tells me everyday how many more days til his zoom class with Heidi and his new friends. He is becoming more and more confident with each class. I can recommend fit kids with heidi 110%.

For anyone on the spectrum, it is so important that they are met where they’re at and Heidi has done just that from the very beginning. Fantastic experience: Heidi is amazing with the kids and her classes are varied and fun. My nephew loves her approach and looks forward to each class. She hosted lots of sessions over zoom during the last few months with something for everyone and every ability. I would definitely recommend FitKidz with Heidi.

She takes all of her life experiences and channels them through the fantastic Fitkidz program to give the kids an exciting and unique experience where they are encouraged to build in and develop their own thoughts, ideas and abilities. My daughter has benefited hugely from her classes, particularly during this Covid-19 time. Heidi’s kindness, positivity and genuine concern for the children she teaches is so evident. During the pandemic she has continued to engage with them through video messages which has been so beneficial to them at this strange time. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Fitkidz with Heidi. My twin girls have looked forward to Heidi's classes both one to one and larger clases over the summer. Heidi is so encouraging, fun, creative, and energetic they absolutely love the classes, and always want it to go on longer. Heidi's depth of knowledge across so many fitness and wellness areas ensure their concentration and engagement is kept at 100% with the variety of activities she brings to each session. The classes have really helped with some balance and coordination challenges my twin girls were having and I really have noticed how much their confidence is growing with each class. Heidi has a unique skillset and is absolutely brilliant at making the kids feel comfortable straight away, enthusiastic to get stuck in and have fun.

Fantastic experience: Heidi has a unique affinity with all the children that she teaches and gives life skills to each one of them. My son joined her with no interest in sports and after one term with her asked to join karate and has been an avid fan since. Her genuine insight into what makes children grow with confidence is truly amazing to watch. As a parent I feel genuinely honoured to personally know Heidi and feel so fortunate that someone as highly qualified and experienced as her works in the Greystones area - our department of education would do well to invite her in to offer some advice for our school going children around maintaining their interest in sport and growing their confidence. I highly recommend Heidi for all the classes she teaches.

Fantastic experience: Heidi has created something very unique with her fitkidz program. This offers kids a fun and different way to enjoy sport, art and drama, and is suitable for boys and girls of all abilities. We have been attending her classes for 3 years now and have loved every single class! In particular the fitkidz fitness with martial arts, and graffiti art!

Fantastic experience: I enrolled my three children into many of Heidi’s classes, each child different than the next. One introvert girl and two extroverts. Heidi catered for all there needs and gave me back three relaxed children every time.

Nia had progressed hugely in her swimming ability and looked forward to her time with Heidi every week. During Covid and lock down, Heidi provided Nia with online one to one art sessions. I can not stress enough the important role Heidi played in Nia's life during such an uncertain time for all children. She brought much needed fun, laughter and stability for Nia.
