Fantastic experience: I haven't words good enough to review this amazing hotel , if I could give 10 stars out of 5 for the service and kindness of the staff I would, they made my daughters wedding day the best it could be ⭐✨ Oh almost forgot the food, wow everything was delicious, breakfast, lunch & wedding dinner, all the stars ✨

Fantastic experience: We were very lucky to have our wedding here in July 2025! Everything was superb and couldn't thank everyone enough! Every little detail thought of and I just felt like a queen walking around Special thanks to Chloe in Reservations, TJ Hotel Manager and Oisin for all their help.

Fantastic experience: Loved it, we visited for our 10 year anniversary and had a lovely stay. The room was excellent and we were given a cot bed for the little one. Breakfast was cooked fresh upon ordering which is rare and top quality food

Fantastic experience: Had the opportunity to spend a "sparkle night spa package" at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience made even more enjoyable by the help of very competent staff. I would like to mention "Owen" at the reception desk who made registration very pleasant. I would recommend this hotel and spa to anyone needing a break. You won't be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: What a hotel! Every fitting, every meal, every drink, every room and every person were absolutely wonderful. I have a new favourite hotel in Ireland. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, every superb element combine to make a truly fabulous experience.

Fantastic experience: Stayed for two nights while attending wedding. Lovely hotel and super service, from initial greeting and help with luggage through to breakfast room service and bar & waiting staff at function. Food was excellent. Didn’t use the spa facilities- next time!

Fantastic experience: We stayed in a lodge cabin for our 8-year anniversary, and from the moment we arrived everything was perfect. Owen was incredibly helpful at all times, the spa was excellent, and dinner was absolutely wonderful. The cabin itself was unique and felt so special for our celebration — every detail was thoughtfully planned and beautifully luxurious. We felt so special throughout our stay, and we truly could not recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastic experience: We went to Ballygarry Estate for a birthday gift and stayed in the estate cabins, they were relaxed cosy and comfortable. We used spa facilities which were all great, had everything and not too busy. In the evening dined in Restaurant 58 (table d’hote menu) which was brilliant value for money and quality of food was amazing. The staff also really made the birthday special with personal menu. Would definitely recommend visiting!!

Positive experience: I was going to have dinner but had been longing for a toasted sandwich for a while and by God this did not disappoint best 1 I've had in years, beautiful ham and plenty of it , chips and salad. My daughter had toastie also but she's vegetarian so no ham and this was the disappointment the toastie was fine but charged same price and nothing extra that we could see to counteract the lack of ham .

Fantastic experience: We attended a wedding this weekend at Ballygarry and we couldn’t fault this hotel. The attention to detail and friendliness of staff was exceptional. We had food in the Brasserie on the first night, dinner at the wedding and breakfast on both mornings and all were delicious. Our room was amazing and bed was really comfortable. I would highly recommend it as a wedding venue. Congratulations and continued success to all at Ballygarry.

Fantastic experience: Ballygarry Estate Hotel was simply enchanting; the crowning jewel in my recent European Honeymoon vacation with my new husband, and a memory that will be with me for life. The accommodations were absolutely the best quality - stately yet cozy - and the concierge and staff made us feel so very welcome. Every detail was absolutely done to perfection. Several delightful choices are available for either fine dining, pub atmosphere, or more diner style. The grounds are meticulously manicured and walking/running paths are beautiful to behold. I just can't say enough about how wonderful our weekend stay was. I'm thinking an annual Anniversary return might be a good idea... ❤

Fantastic experience: The Highlight of our Trip to ireland! We absolutely must post a raving review of the wonderful staff and our time there this past week. Patti and I experienced the highlight of our honeymoon trip at Ballygarry and will always remember our time there fondly. The staff is world class. Such wonderful attitudes and so caring. We felt pampered from the moment we arrived. Noel seemed to always be there when we needed something and always providing so wonderfully. Elaine was so very helpful for our time leading up to our visit and my only regret is we didn't see her to thank her face to face. Chloe stepped in and again made us feel like we were family arriving for a visit. Restaurant staff was excellent, food too good, and the room was just perfect and so cozy for two people. We totally loved our experience and hope to be back our next time in Ireland! We have been privileged to stay in some very lovely rooms and suites on our trip. And, the people of Ireland are so wonderful and caring, unlike any we've experienced anywhere, and so very fun. Lots of laughter! Ballygarry was our pinnacle and... We will always remember our visit with the greatest of affection...

Fantastic experience: I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions now. The staff here are as professional as you'll get anywhere. They are also extremely courteous and knowledgeable about all and any hotel functions. The food here is also of a very high standard and you won't be disappointed if you have special dietary requirements. Rooms are spacious, comfortable and very well maintained. You should not be disappointed here.

This all contributed to a perfect celebration. Our rooms were lovely and very comfortable. Would absolutely recommend a visit there !!

Not much to do in Tralee but the hotel is right next to some gorgeous woods and 20 mins drive from Banna Strand so it's in an ideal location. Looking forward to returning.

Fantastic experience: 2 night stay Nov 5 to 7 20 21. Third stay at Ballygarry. Each stay has been a very enjoyable experience. Superb efficient warm friendly staff creating a relaxing atmosphere with an excellent menue . Had dinner every night always delicious. Beautiful gardens with a lovely walk in Ballyseedy woods next to hotel. Great weekend.

Fantastic experience: Had reason to stay near Kerry Airport because of an early flight the next day - so we stayed at Ballygarry House Hotel near Tralee for one night recently. We arrived late and left very early the following morning (before breakfast) and despite not really meeting many hotel staff - our stay was excellent. It could not have been better - especially because of how the staff we met dealt and interacted with us - from Kevin in the bar shortly after our arrival - to Gillian in HR and Julie (in catering I think) the following morning. I would especially like to mention the night porter, who's name I'm afraid I don't have, and who went the extra mile and followed me out to our car in the hotel car park early in the morning to offer us tea / coffee, food or fruit before we left the hotel, as we left before breakfast. As it turned out, I returned to the hotel for breakfast after dropping my sister off at Kerry Airport for her flight to London. The breakfast was excellent - served by courteous, friendly and very helpful staff. I just wanted to say "thank you" - to all concerned and I look forward to my next visit to Ballygarry House Hotel. An excellent Team effort. Thank You.

Positive experience: We had food in the restaurant. Quality was very good with a decent selection on the menu. Very reasonably priced and the portions are huge so you definitely get value for your money. This is an ideal spot to stop, take a break and relax before heading off on your day again.

Fantastic experience: Omg this place is AMAZING, highly recommend. They have beautiful rooms, excellent views. Bicycles if you want them and the staff are always there to help with advice of you need them. The food is fantastic, the breakfast are 2nd to none, from traditional to healthy, the dinners are wonderful, huge and i mean HUGE portions. I will definitely be returning It definitely a 5 star experience

Fantastic experience: Didn't get to use the spa because we hadn't booked a treatment however this hotel was lovely. The breakfast in the morning was amazing, there was a massive choice of hot breakfasts and also cold. The rooms were massive and the bed was very comfy.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing stay, the staff were so friendly. Nothing was a problem big or small they went above and beyond with everything. Socially distant and spotlessly clean. Our room was specious and had everything we needed for good rest. It is also big benefit that hotel has a bistro and restaurant on site with excellent food. Special mention must go to Donal from Donegal in the Bar. An absolute gentleman so warm, welcoming , an asset to any business, as were all the staff we met. We will definitely be back again very soon, this is a top end 4 star family ran hotel, far superior than the average 5 star.

Fantastic experience: Really fabulous restaurant. The staff were very courteous and very happy to be back serving again. They were efficient and had very good Covid protocols in place. We just wanted a small lunch on our way to a medical appointment and my elderly companions were delighted to be able to have a nice toasty and tea for their first restaurant meal in over a year. The chips were great, and the toasties were classic and hearty. The ladies loved the waiter and had we eaten at the Ritz Carlton that day, they wouldn't have been any happier than they were for this fine lunch out.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from a 3 night stay in the fabulous Ballygarry House. Lovely hotel with the friendliest staff, I couldn't fault a thing from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The food in both restaurants was delicious and a great selection for breakfast each morning. We made use of the free bicycles (a really nice touch!) and the spa, which was lovely.
