The GYM Castlecomer

Fantastic experience: I'm a regular member and I think the gym is great! The disco spin classes are lots of fun and it's a really great workout! There's also other fitness classes avaliable and there's a really good range of equipment downstairs for person training too. I was a complete newbie when I first started coming to the gym, and Jamie was really helpful. He showed me how to use all of the equipment, helped me to feel comfortable in the gym, and gave me my own tailored programme. Everyone's very friendly and there's always someone avaliable to offer tips and for any help that I need.
