Bandon Job Seekers Resource Centre/FAS

Due to the unfolding situation on Earth, I have closed the doors on my physical Yoga Studio in Bandon.  At present, I am dipping my toe into virtual waters and exploring teaching online.  I am offering a 6 week course in Yoga and Gentle Somatic Yoga, Live via Zoom, with access to the recordings for up to one month after the course has finished, giving you plenty of time to catch up on any you may have missed, or to repeat any classes you found particularly nourishing.
