Fantastic experience: I am going here since last 8 months and this was the best decision I made this year. John, David and team always keeps things interesting by introducing new exercises, It is always challenging and fun. I get feedback on my form which results in less/no injuries. Cannot recommend them enough :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Felt like home from day one. The JG Elite team are experts. Myself and my other half both have injuries that effects how we can exercise and the JG Elite team have been brilliant in helping up find the best ways for us to exercise. No hassle, no fuss, no special treatment just a subtle and quite word of advice "ye might struggle with this one guys, if ye do just do this adaptation instead and you'll be fine." If you're looking for a gym where you can get fit, go wherever. If you're looking for expierence, expertise, support, a team that takes a genuine interest in your journey then come to JG Elite and if you have an injury and are looking for a gym then don't look any other then JG Elite.

John and his team have created a welcoming non judgemental friendly amosphere where every fitness level and age are welcomed. I've attended JG Elite on and off for years and that atmosphere has never changed. I know when I go back and put the work in ill see results with John's help along the way. Fantastic experience: Best Gym classes in the midlands by a mile. Great atmosphere and Gym instructors really put in an extra effort to make sure your doing every exercise carefully. Could not recommend this place highly enough.
