Negative experience: Cancelled our membership after many years here. Stay away. All they want is your money. Zero customer care. Pools/classes/saunas etc always closing or canceled due to 'unforeseen circumstances'.

Negative experience: no information about the cancelled activities for young people (situation as of today) - the reception staff was very unpleasant, insulting customers and incompetent, only the manager tried to save the situation but the young lady at the reception was below any standards

Negative experience: Not friendly for families with children!!!! No possibility to purchase a spot for one day!!! Unpleasant staff!!!!!

Positive experience: Overall, great swimming pool! There are two slides in leisure pool. Both of which are opened from time to time.

Fantastic experience: Lost my house keys and they helped me find it after closing time (and the staffs really nice)

Negative experience: We got a membership here last year, mostly to use the swimming pool. Our little one really likes the "waves" and the "slow river", which is why this is getting one star. However, the staff is beyond unfriendly, management is invisible (never got back to us), the place is very cold in winter, the sauna is filthy and not even hot... and the thing that put us off from ever coming back: today there were obvious signs of diarrhoea on the floor all the way to the changing rooms. Not going back, not renewing.

Fantastic experience: We go here every week. My kid loves it. There is a wave pool and two slides. Theres also a small lazy river.

Fantastic experience: Great facilities. Kids love the pool and slides and wave machine. Good badminton and squash courts. Snooker and table tennis tables. Great soccer pitches. Everything you could want. Nice staff on reception. Membership is reasonable.

Negative experience: The place is getting worse and the prices keep going up. The health suite out has been broken for over 2 years. The sauna in the pool area is absolutely filthy and a good few of the machines in the gym haven't been serviced for sometime. Leisure pool closed again today when I arrived with the kids. The only good thing here are children's swimming lessons.

Negative experience: Waste of space. Centre manager is a massive tool. Needs to be sold to the council, invested in, and re-opened as a worthwhile facility for all.

Negative experience: 25m pool closed for over a week. Water outage. Health suite sauna steam room closed for over 6 months. No point taking out membership.

Positive experience: It is good that there is a pool. A few changes could be made. Even for example providing a better hair dryer or providing a socket to connect your own hair dryer. Take care of the showers in terms of cleanliness.

Fantastic experience: Enjoyed all leisurely activities

Negative experience: I do not recommend, I was there today with my son and my wife. My membership ran out and the lady said she would not let us in. The child cried for an hour because he could not get in. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!

Negative experience: My wife came in on March to ask about family membership, no mention of health suite closed which is reason my wife was joining. That's false advertising!!. Here we are 7 months later and health suite still closed. The whole place needs money spent on it. The sauna and steamroom in the swimming area constantly break down it's either one or the other, and because health suite closed more people trying to use it. €780 a year we pay for ALL services which we are not getting so I will expect some sort on money back for the 7 months I have paid. Further more the wife has sent numerous emails and no reply. I will definitely not be renewing my membership in this facility.

Positive experience: The Business

Negative experience: Not one to leave reviews but joined back after about a year and a half a way from it after being a member since very young. Nothing has changed in years. The only thing that seems to change is the price which is going up and up. Paid over €600 for a year’s membership to only find out after the health suite has been closed for over a year with no reopen date given. Imagine paying for a service and only getting half of what you paid for! Gym no closes at 9:45 as opposed to 10 which is on their website. I know it’s 15 mins but mid week i only manage to get up here for about 9 and now that work out goes from an hour to 45 minutes. Only thing changed in the gym in the past 4/5 years is the addition of new benches and the removal of some machines to be replaced by less machinery. Go top it all off I brought my Nanny in her 70s up for a day pass to the sauna by the pool as its the only one open and they charged her €12!!!! Biggest price increase i’ve seen in Dublin because as far back as I remember it has always been €3/€4 at an absolute push. Place is gone downhill majorly and i’m sure alot of members would say the same thing. Usually when prices increase it’s minimal unless sufficient changes are made here the price was forked up and things have got worse. Also no longer gym staff only life guards to close the gym at night time. As other reviews state the staff aren’t the nicest, the young girl behind the counter is as nice as they get as for the rest of them you are made to feel like hassle. Save your money and go somewhere else where your valued and not robbed. Sportslink management get a grip of yourself.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for about 5 years . I mostly use the lane pool which is great . The lane pool can have some lanes closed for clubs . So check it out before going . It also has a wave pool and slides . It has many other activites which you can check out web site .

Positive experience: Havent been inside except for the cafe which is great and serves goid food. The artificial bowling green is a little slow for my liking however rink 6 did play true. The set up is a little exposed to the cold winds so make sure you have plenty of thermals or protection. All in all a reasonable place to bowl although I much prefer ALSAA for speed, reliability and location.

Fantastic experience: Such a fantastic place. We use the pool with the children mostly. It has a wave pool , 2 slides and a lazy river. The kids love it. There's also the bigger pool for lane swimming, its huge. My husband uses the gym also and for the amount of time he's there, it has to be brilliant as he trains for the iron man and is v serious about his training.

Positive experience: I don't understand who is this place catering for. I joined with kids but if I go there after school with my daughter, the leisure pool isn't open until half 3. No one ever explained me this when I joined. I come after 4pm then I'm not allowed in the 25m pool with kids because there are lessons and lane swimming only. But my kids and I want to swim. Isn't it supposed to cater for families. My friend joined and cancelled because any time he was there during the summer the swimming pool floor was raised for classes and he couldn't swim. I don't really get this place. The facilities that they do have are great though.
