Fantastic experience: Really impressed with the gym since the renovation. It’s very well laid out with plenty of space and good quality equipment. Everything is clean and well maintained. Overall, a great place to train.

Fantastic experience: Love this club. It has both a sizable main gym areas with all the free weights, machines, plates and cardio equipment you need (a very good leg press, and a very good hip thrust machine fyi) as well as a strength and conditioning room with brand new barbells, racks, benches, plates, dumbbells, skiergs, assault bikes. The pool sauna steam room and cold plunge are also fantastic. The sauna is properly hot, and the cold plunge is very cold! Just how you want it Fair play to all the staff, they create a nice environment and keep the place in order!

Negative experience: No pints of Guinness what a shame of a place

Negative experience: Pool is fine but everything else is gross. It’s really dirty with hair everywhere. We went first thing on a Sunday morning and it was disgustingly dirty. The nappy bin in the ladies changing room was overflowing and it was absolutely freezing in there too. The place had not been cleaned or maintained and is in need of some serious modernisation. I will not be returning and would not recommend.

Negative experience: I went to gym yesterday and all I can say is very disappointed I by how much I had to pay admission but also the feeling I got when I walked into the gym .
