Negative experience: AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! they don’t have proper hygiene and the place is dirty. The staff is rude and ignore you. I thought this place was going to be cool to try out but left with such a bad experience. There was this lady named Theresa who seems to be the owner was extremely rude and discriminatory. She was also not much help and offended me. Don’t come here, they are not very welcoming. Do better !! there are plenty of other fitness places that will provide better quality service. if i could i would do 0 stars.

Fantastic experience: Top gym and top trainer

Fantastic experience: Theresa has a great attitude towards personal health and well being. The gym has everything you need and the PT sessions are great value for money. She kept me motivated, educated me along the way and ensured my form was consistently in check. Looking forward to my next session and could not recommend Kinetic Fitness more.

Fantastic experience: Great range of classes for all fitness levels. Very enjoyable while still kicking your butt at the same time. Love it.
