Fantastic experience: My daughter recently did a kids summer camp at Coral Leisure. She really enjoyed the week's activities which included walks on the Palace Grounds, visits to the playground, games and swimming. Thanks to all the staff, who were very friendly & professional. A special thanks to Liv, who went above & beyond to welcome my daughter & reassure her when she was upset on arrival. Many people working in customer service could learn a lot from Liv in terms of being proactive, inclusive and kind ❤️. Overall, a great experience for my daughter

Negative experience: The staff are fabulous up keep is dreadful. Grout is black with mould in showers, toilets and changing rooms are very dirty. I understand lots of people in and out hard to keep on top of it all but a deep clean after hours is definitely needed.

Negative experience: Staff are very friendly however the pool and gym are in dire need of some upgrades. The changing rooms, showers, bathrooms and recovery suites are disgusting. Many machines are outdated and The pads on many of them are worn, air con is rarely on windows fog up and it’s extremely hot - every other gym has the air con on constantly I don’t know why here is an exception here’s its unhealthy! A few small upgrades could make a huge difference and membership isn’t cheap either!

Positive experience: Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool and Sauna, Steam room very good. The Gym upstairs has outdated equipment. We are required to wipe down equipment with cloth and antiseptic spray. Coral Leisure is doing nothing with regards to their standard of cleanliness. Most seats covers are cracked and housing I do not know how many organic critters. A wipe will not affect them. Notice some photo's.

Negative experience: Gym has become very outdated and is in dire need of a few upgrades - especially in relation to aircon, it’s extremely hot and stuffy and the windows off fog up, bathrooms and shower facilities are borderline disgusting and are also in need of immediate upgrades

Positive experience: Staff is lovely... swimming pool facilities could be better, I wish more private changing rooms and shower areas for females. But otherwìse place is nice water temp seems comfortable for a good swim.

Negative experience: For the price of the membership- the pool and changing rooms are disgusting. Floors are filthy, flip flops are a must! Weird puddle of rusty water in the sauna.

Negative experience: I guess customer service is something that they aren't aware of.

Fantastic experience: Lovely people, lovely place, a totally feel good, feel fit experience, it's the People you meet that brighten your day and make life worth living

Positive experience: Changing rooms and showers need a revamp. Health suite is old and grotty and uninviting. Pools and gym are nice and there's a good variety of classes.

Positive experience: Rough and outdated gym. Seems to have a fairly hostile atmosphere compared to other nearby gyms which are friendly and welcoming. No punchbag and not a lot of cardio equipment, decent free weights and dumbbells

Positive experience: I come here regularly for the gym, and it has everything that you really need for your workouts. The one downside is that the aircon turns off at random times, why not just keep it on? When it's off, the gym becomes sweaty and it's unpleasant to work out in. This happens very regularly.

Negative experience: I just wish someone would clean this place, then it would be easily 4-5 stars. It's a great facility with friendly staff, but it is always FILTHY. I've been twice this week, and the same used plaster is on the edge of the baby pool, the changing rooms are full of hairballs and mildew and the same purple splatters of shampoo are all over the shower doors. I saw a woman with a mop the last day but I don't know what she did with it. Bins aren't emptied and they have used nappies in them. Walking past the toilets, the smell makes me gag. Please please please just take pride in a great facility and CLEAN IT!

Positive experience: Coral Leisure es una compañía de gymnatación propia de Irlanda, cuya sede, está en el sur. Cobh cuenta con el polideportivo más grande. Como otras empresas, no tardó en expandirse. En Tuam llegó para quedarse. Su localización está en el Barrio del Parque, la 4th Division. Decidieron erigir el centro en ese área para aprovechar los terrenos de Palace Grounds y sus posibilidades, recordemos que hay una pista de tenis al lado junto con el césped del parque. Las instalaciones de Coral Leisure Tuam son admisibles: gimnasio, sala de fitness, baños, tres piscinas, zona privada, vestuarios, spa, recepción de oficina, máquina de cafetería y objetos perdidos. Lo anterior se reparte en dos plantas mientras que en el exterior hay un parking, en el cual, hay 15 contenedores de basura que son los principales del pueblo. Yo pude disfrutar del mencionado el año que me quedé en el pueblo de intercambio. He tenido tantas malas como buenas experiencias hay dentro, aunque, para lo que cuento en mi país natal Coral Leisure Tuam es mediocre. Estuve en a partir de septiembre de 2021 y partí en el final de mayo de 2022, así que mi periodo constituye una época de restricciones del COVID (primer cuatrimestre) y otra con normalidad (ultimo semestre). El primer cuatrimestre viví su plan antivirus que fue confuso. Las reglas estaban bien establecidas pero su ejecución a pocas veces fallaba. En la piscina y vestuarios había mucho control, en el parking nada y en el gimnasio poco. La recepción tendría que haber puesto más incampie en la fragmentación del control. Sin embargo, con los turnos y con los horarios se llevó más o menos bien. En el semestre ya todo iba sobre ruedas, había menos miedo y menos equivocaciones, siquiera, aparecieron nuevos desvíos erróneos. Puedes hacerte miembro. Los precios permanecieron exigentes y crecidos, así como la actitud de los empleados fue a mejor. El personal es harto concienzudo y con un tono quisquilloso, a los que no tuve la impresión de que fuesen así son pausados y finos. La higiene asiduamente es invisible, en especial, en los baños. La realización de ejercicios por tu cuenta emprende cuidado si no eres muy familiar a hacer deportes. Los empleados te ayudarán con todo lo que necesites. Asimismo, organiza actividades dinámicas y entretenidas: desde un curso de socorrismo a clases de artes marciales. Promete experiencia laboral para estudiantes o reservas para que los colegios o campamentos traigan a sus pupilos durante un tiempo asignado para nadar por ejemplo. Discerno que pueden ofrecer multitud de más acciones y mejor higiene y tratamiento. Supongo que dado a mi periodo entre semipandemia y normalidad no conocí como a mi me hubiese gustado el potencial puro de Coral Leisure Tuam

Negative experience: Swimming pool. Gymn also. The marking of the spaces in the car park is largely ignored by most of the patrons an examples of which are on the attached photos. Note non badge holders also using disabled spaces and others blocking service and emergency vehicle access to the rear of the building.

Fantastic experience: Open. Gym, swimming & gym classes.

Fantastic experience: Had a most enjoyable Aqua Aerobics class today at 11.00. It has added pep in my step for the day, very good instructor, but we would all benefit from doing the exercises properly if there was a microphone. Staff always so helpful at the gym. Best of luck to one and all.

Fantastic experience: Feb 2021. Fully open again to include sauna and steam room. No need to book and no time limit in pool. 7 euro for adult non member. Great!! We have been swimming 3 times recently (july 2020). You book via phone and get your 40 minute slot. Only 12 in pool at one time. Everything is well managed. Online form re Covid is very quick to complete. I sign using Ipad. Doors open on time, changing area is allocated and in the pool in minutes. Very happy to recommend. €5 for adult and €4 per child. Well done Coral Leisure.
