Crossfit Laochra (Waterford Warriors)

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym late December last year. I started out with PT classes with Gary and Allan. I then went onto classes once I gained some confidence in my abilities. I really surprised myself in how much I achieved in a short space of time. All the staff are sound and supportive. I loved the way they explained each work out so clearly at the start of every class and each class was so enjoyable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone from beginner to advanced.

Fantastic experience: I've trained at a handful of facilities and hands down, you won't beat Warriors. Top level coaching from the nicest professionals in a massively friendly environment. Strangers become friends really quickly and one of the best parts of the gym is the feeling of being part of a really supportive and fun community from day one! There's always someone to turn to for advice here and of course, always people to cheer you on; there's no silos here! No matter your fitness level, experience or training requirements, Warriors will help make it work for you!

Fantastic experience: Waterford Warriors is a fantastic gym with the most amazing coaches. Gary, Eamon and Trish somehow kept everyone motivated and training throughout lockdowns and their commitment their members is second to none. Training at Warriors is unlike any other gym experience I have had - the workouts are tailored to suit every ability and skills are broken down and taught properly. Everyone is so friendly, approachable and full of knowledge. I enjoy every visit to Warriors and would recommend it to anyone!

Workouts tailored to suit everyone so all feel comfortable and gain a sense of achievement when the class finishes. Couldn’t recommend more.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Waterford Warriors since 2016. In that time, my fitness levels have increased dramatically. Not only that, but I have witnessed how regular exercise fuelled by good nutrition has a positive impact on all aspects of my life outside of the gym. These changes are all down to excellent coaches, fantastic facilities and a great sense of community within the gym.

Fantastic experience: Waterford Warrior's is an amazing facility with fantastic coaches and a friendly atmosphere. No matter what level of fitness you are at you are always looked after. Gary and his team run a top class facility at a very good rate.. My Advice, is to take that next step and get in contact, you won't regret it.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've ever been a member of! I'll never go back to a regular gym again. The nature of CrossFit keeps training varied and interesting, there is always something to improve on. The coaches provide a great blend of cardio, weights and gymnastics. No we matter what level your at, beginner or advanced, the programming is written to include everyone of any ability.

Fantastic experience: I joined Waterford Warriors 6 weeks ago & I just had to give them 5 stars. This gym lives up to its tag line 100% - friendly fierce & fun. I cant say enough about Gary & his team of coaches each one as good as the next. I had never done any cross fit before so I was apprehensive getting started , but there was no reason to be from the moment I walked in I was met with smiles & and over whelming supportive environment. I am a busy mum but the gym offers so much flexibility with classes from 6am to 7,30pm its perfect for me. so if you are thinking about getting fitter , feeling more confident about your body & feeling apart of something Waterford Warriors is for you. ;-)

Clean and spacious. State of the art equipment....but most importantly the best craic ✌
