Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing classes. Carly is a great instructor. Everything is thought well in a very friendly environment. Would highly recommend for anyone who wants to try something new.

Fantastic experience: Going to classes with Carly for the last year and a half. The environment is definitely body positivity, empowering, and very supportive. Carly gives a thorough warm up and cool down, as well as conditioning that helps build strength as you progress. Great option if you’re looking for an overall workout without realising it and well as learning tricks techniques for pole dancing. Loads of class options, static, spin choreography with different levels depending on ability.
