Fantastic experience: I can't rate Integrity highly enough. The gym has a really inclusive atmosphere from the minute you step in. Staff and members have all been so friendly. Would recommend it to anyone of any age/ability. I've been training with April and I'm so impressed with how she's motivated me and the progress I've made in our sessions. They've also recently added Sidekick coffee which really helps on the early mornings too!

James McLoughlin’s influence was pivotal in taking me to that next level. He went to great lengths in achieving all that we set out to do. Massive respect and appreciation for both the gym and their respective coaches and trainers. Five stars

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. I felt very welcome when I walked in the door first,all staff are genuinely lovely people. Very helpful and professional. The gym is kept spotlessly clean. The equipment is great, you have everything you need. The classes are very good. And the parking is so handy around the back of the gym. I am very happy here and don't plan on going anywhere else any time soon

Fantastic experience: Joined last yr to do the classes and absolutely loved it.. Im local to swords so wanted to do some exercise classes to up my movement.. due to shoulder injury end of the year and not being able to do a class, they went above and beyond and offered to postpone my monthly dd payment until i was back in full working condition Im back at it this month and so happy to be back doing classes again.. thank you

Positive experience: Was a loyal member of this gym since 2021! Overall, my experience was pleasant, more so at the start than now. I find the gym is now overly packed and it’s quite off putting considering how small it is. Some staff are friendly, others i can’t say the same. Owner Luke is super friendly and helpful! The gym also lacks certain machines and the machines that are there are packed on top of one. I did find the bathrooms to sometimes be lacking cleanliness. I would recommend the gym to people in the area as it’s no longer local for me!

Fantastic experience: Very good gym , got the week pass since I'm visiting family and friends here in Dublin but still wanted to keep up with my training! This gym has everything you need, especially punch bags that are quiet hard to find at other gyms in the area for 15 Euros a week I think it's very good The staff are friendly and always happy to help, and everything is kept clean! What more can you ask for Definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I’ve thought about joining integrity gym for a while , but was concerned about the parking. After having a good look around the gym today with Luke and the parking situation I’m delighted to have joined. Luke is full of knowledge and a really nice guy and so helpful. Looking forward to training here as they are well kitted out.
