Fantastic experience: I started with Alan in the middle of February 2025, after knee Surgery. I was quite anxious at our initial session as I had never been in a gyn and was still in a lot of pain. However I quickly relaxed as Alan showed me a lot of kindness and compassion and is just so patient and supportive of my additional challenges. I have a physical disability called Cerebral Palsy which affects my balance walking and general co-ordination of all my body's movements. In addition I must use a walking frame and Alan effortlessly accommodates by needs for additional assistance when asked by me. This in my opinion shows how experienced Alan has become in supporting people physical disability. He is a really 'gentleman'. Thanks a mill.

Fantastic experience: Been training with Alan twice a week for the last 6 months to help build strength as I got a diagnosis of ms and want to keep up the movement and motivation- he has helped so much and really knows his stuff I’d highly recommend him!! Not just for ms but overall fitness !
Fantastic experience: I started training twice a week with Alan in November 2023. I was nervous about starting training again following a long gap in exercising, due to injury, but there really was no need to be nervous. Alan really listened during the assessment stage and put together a great training plan, that’s increasing in intensity now! I’m delighted with my progress and highly recommend training with Alan.
Fantastic experience: I started training with Alan to rehabilitate my knee after an injury and he has since been training me throughout my pregnancy. He is extremely knowledgeable in prenatal exercise and I plan to continue training with him after baby arrives. Alan is professional, motivating and gets results- I couldn’t recommend him more!

Fantastic experience: Best decision I made joining Alan Dunne Fitness Having been new to the gym,I was made to feel so welcome and immediately put at ease.Alan and all the trainers are extremely supportive and encouraging. There is a lovely,vibrant atmosphere here. Hand on my heart, I could not recommend Alan Dunne Fitness any more highly. Alan makes sure you do all the exercises correctly and safely whilst making sure you push yourself to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommended personal training with Alan. I have been going for a year now and Alan is consistently professional, friendly and keeps sessions tailored to my ability. I had a shoulder injury for over 6 months and he adapted my sessions so I could keep training while also assisting in recovery. I find the pricing to be very reasonable and Alan always makes every effort to accommodate last minute changes in my schedule.
Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Alan for a year now and could not recommend him more highly. He does a proper initial assessment and builds a programme to suit you that progressively pushes you while building confidence at the same time. His priority is his client and he is so easy to get on with.

Fantastic experience: Alan has been a fantastic influence, guide and positive influence on my son Rory aged 19. Rory has special needs and finds it difficult to work out and get proper exercise as he has balance issues and can find busy environments very distracting. But thanks to Alan's patience and gentle manner Rory built up trust in him and he gained in strength and fitness over the weeks. Like all of us, Rory wasn't always enthusiastic about going to the sessions but he was always in brilliant form afterwards! And no doubt the good playlists helped too! Thanks Alan. Auveen & Rory
Fantastic experience: I went to Alan in preparation for my wedding and I couldn’t recommend Alan more. He is a brilliant trainer, very patient and helped me to push myself a little every time so that I kept progressing at a level that was really achievable for me. Fantastic experience: Alan is an excellent trainer. He is very professional, deeply knowledgeable and all round gentleman. I've enjoyed training with Alan a lot, he keeps our sessions varied and interesting. He has really good strength and conditioning knowledge but his broad experience including a lot of pilates would really set him apart as a really top trainer. The gym itself is very well equiped and there is only ever personal training going on there so its never crowded and feels very private and individual. I can't recommend Alan highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I started training with Alan In February 2021. Alan provided an easy to follow program and training. I exceeded my fitness goals in 3 months. I am very pleased with the results of my program. Alan is a great trainer, he keeps the sessions challenging and interesting. He has provided flexibility when I needed it. Fantastic experience: I have been training now with Alan for almost 2 years. In the previous years the pounds had been gradually piling on and I couldn't get control of it. Alan is so experienced and so knowledgeable and adapts a programme to suit your needs. He is a fantastic personal trainer and with his help I have managed to lose the weight and am stronger and in much better shape. The training together with Pilates and help with nutrition just really works and keeps me motivated. Also the gym is a lovely place to work out. Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Alan for personal training! I've been working with him this year while pregnant and he has been great! Always very accommodating by finding ways to adapt the sessions to make them suitable! The gym is great. The equipment is clean and modern.
Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend Alan. I trained with him for 5 months after having my first baby. Training sessions were tough but always enjoyable and would feel great afterwards. I saw a massive increase in my strength and fitness over the few months, plus weight loss. Alan is v experienced and was able to tailor my exercises for an old back injury also. He can also give you nutrition help which was great. Would highly recommend training with Alan. Great facilities also.
Fantastic experience: Alan is a top class trainer, I've been going to his Tues & Thurs bootcamp classes for the last 3 months and just started going to Alan for weekly personal training sessions for specific personalised weight training. The difference in my fitness is incredible and what's really great is that Alan puts you at ease while ensuring you get the results you are working towards. His classes are fun and varied and regardless of your level of fitness or weight, the classes are designed to make you feel comfortable and challenging. Class sizes are perfect to ensure you get the benefit of Alans expertise while enjoying the class atmosphere in a relaxed and fun training environment.
Fantastic experience: I have been working with Alan for nearly 5 years now. I have done most of the different classes such as Boot Camp , Tabata and TRX and have found them all to be enjoyable and engaging. Doing the PT sessions with him has also improved my own knowledge around which type of weights to use and how to use the various machines correctly in the gym to maintain my overall fitness. This year I am focused more on running so the Pilates classes have been really useful for stretching out my legs after my long runs each week.
Fantastic experience: Highly Recommend!!! Alan was a gentleman to deal with and very understanding when I needed to change a session time. He is very easy to get on with and mixes up the sessions so its a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone regardless of fitness levels. Every week you move on and I found a massive difference in my fitness after just a 4 week cycle with him in the 1 on 1 sessions. Well worth the money! Its a great set up in the gym and it is quiet so it is not an intimidating atmosphere to work out in. If your looking to kick start your fitness/weight loss or you are looking to continue with a fitness regime Id recommend Alan to every level.
Fantastic experience: After a lazy few months, eating out most days/nights and completely neglecting my exercise routine while friends were visiting from overseas, I had to do something to get back on track! Alan worked out a plan for me that actually fit in with my work and lifestyle and was brilliant. Although hard to get back into exercise I felt really motivated. And I can see results already. Fantastic experience: I started Personal training with Alan to get back in shape before my wedding and tone up. Every session is different and I see a huge difference in my body shape in 3 months. His experience as a Pilates instructor means that my core has also been strengthened. I joined his Bootcamp classes as well which are so much better than going to the gym. I would highly recommend Alan's PT and classes.
Fantastic experience: After trying various gyms and camps over the years I would highly recommend Alan Dunne fitness. When I started with Alan I had re-occurring injuries from my football days. He came up with an exercise program to build up my knee and groin. After 8 months of 1 on 1 classes I’m back playing 5 aside and doing Alans strength and conditioning classes which are excellent and I have not had any injuries in over 2 years thanks to the program he put in place.
Fantastic experience: I joined the Boot camp sessions (Tue & Thurs at pm) three months ago, I have just signed up again for the next three months. I have seen really good improvements over the three months, particularly in my stomach area, I have also improved my overall fitness. The sessions are enjoyable but also challenging at the same time, very happy to recommend Alan to anyone looking to loose weight / improve fitness level.
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Alan over the last month with a mix of personal training and bootcamp sessions, both of which have been great! Alan provided me with a diet plan that has worked amazingly well and through his classes and training sessions has helped me to start improving my fitness levels, my overall body shape, and my attitude towards diet and exercise. Im amazed by the results I've seen in such a short amount of time. I've tried so many different things to try and lose weight but this is the only thing that has been effective for me and also enjoyable! Starting out I never thought Id enjoy the exercise, let alone be wanting to go back for more, but with the results Ive seen I am determined to keep going. I cannot recommend Alan highly enough!
Fantastic experience: I signed up for personal training with Alan following an injury and extended period of inactivity. My daughter had attended pilates classes and I liked his calm and composed approach. Alan has expertly helped me to make amazing progress in my fitness and strength whilst carefully managing my injury recovery/rehabilitation. I am so pleased with Alan that I have since referred my already fit husband to him to inspire and invigorate his training.
Fantastic experience: I have been attending the bootcamp classes for the past 3 months and I have just signed up for another 3. The classes are a fantastic way to improve your fitness and tone up as all of your muscles get a workout. There is a great range of exercises during the class and the hour flies by. I would highly recommend joining up.
Fantastic experience: I've been training with Alan through his personal training sessions. He provides a friendly atmosphere in a quiet gym. The training is enjoyable as well as varied to target the different muscle groups. Alan gives advice on additional routines to work on in between sessions if desired and advice on diet. Fantastic experience: Ive just started with Alan on the starter bootcamp classes. Ive never done this sort of class before and have enjoyed the varied exercise every week. Alan is a calm trainer and has a great soundtrack in the background if you like music. Id highly recommend Complete body fitness for anyone who's thinking about staring an exercise program
Fantastic experience: The only time I have successfully lost weight and got fit was with Alan. I wanted to climb the 4 highest peaks in each province in a weekend and had two weeks to do it. At that time I lived quite far away from Alan’s classes and people kept asking me why I was traveling so far for a gym class the reason why was quite simple it was because it worked really well. I’d thoroughly recommend his classes for both weight loss and fitness.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed a 6 week bootcamp with Alan and I'm hooked! The exercises are varied each week so you never get bored and there is a great atmosphere in the classes. Alan is not a shouty trainer at all. You go at your own pace while Alan instructs you and the benefits are almost instant. Stick with Alan and you will see results. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Complete Body Fitness for Pilates and Tabata Bootcamp. Pilates classes are great and good for strengthing core muscles. Bootcamp is tough but brilliant, you see amazing results within a few weeks especially if you combine it with one of Alan's 8 week Transformation Programmes where diet sheets, weight-in and motivation are all included. Great value too!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend these Great value classes. I attend Alan's Pilates and Bootcamp classes. I like his style of teaching no army style shouting during boot camps so people at any fitness level can attend and work at their own pace. My fitness level has gone way up since starting the boot camps. I have been doing Pilates for several years now with Alan and no longer suffer with regular back pain.

Fantastic experience: Have been doing Alan’s Tabata Bootcamps 2-3 times per week since Christmas and love them. The Tabata Bootcamp classes are fantastic and cater for people at all fitness levels. Alan regularly changes the routines and exercises to keep these high-intensity sessions interesting. Took part in one of Alan’s 8 week transformation programmes after Christmas and achieved great results – classes combined with healthy eating plans and weigh-ins in a friendly environment. Cannot recommend Alan’s classes enough and they are great value!!
Fantastic experience: Alan's Pilates classes are great for toning up and building core strength. He seems to find the right level. I never mind going to these classes as you start to feel the benefit right away! The classes are good value too.
