Fantastic experience: 5 stars for everything, absolutely AMAZING facility. So much better than Coral Leisure Center. Cozy café, huge gym, super friendly staff, amazing community. The place is clean, tidy, has more than enough gym equipment you need, barely any waiting... because you have 4 ROOMS of gym equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a lot of space. Well equipped and particularly good for power lifting due to many squat racks. Has a little cafe attached which does coffee, food and protein shakes. Great set up and a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.

Fantastic experience: Class gym with multitudes of any piece of equipment you could possibly want! There's something for everyone between the classes on offer and the equipment available in the various different sections of the gym. Highly recommend! There are plenty of gyms closer to me but I'd choose HQ over convenience any day.

Fantastic experience: HQ is a top class facility located in the town of Tuam. The staff are all so friendly and their breath and depth of knowledge in all things wellbeing and fitness is second to none. The amount and range of equipment on offer is a huge plus and you'll never have to wait for equipment. The Coffee Dock is a great touch also if you need a pick-me-up before your workout. Five stars!

Fantastic experience: This place is more then just a gym/work out, lt's a community made up of supportive people who are up most friendly and always there when you need a bit of help. For me it's not just a place you go work out , it's a catch up with friends ❤️ with the bonus of a workout . There's no strangers at HQ , there friends who you have yet to meet

Fantastic experience: It will be easier to say what I don't like... That is Nothing.!!. Everything is great.... First of all... Climate... People... Club... You can talk and talk.. You get in easily but it's hard to get out ☝️. THE WORLD OF A POSITIVE PLACE . People who work there with all their heart and passion. Classes with Jack are super power!! I go to every class and every time I am happy and charged with energy and endorphins :D There is no boredom during classes, nice music and most importantly the instructor Jack is a very positive person, he conducts classes so that you come back to him and most importantly me after classes I'm losing weight :D I highly recommend it!!!

Positive experience: Lovely, clean facility, with friendly staff. Varied equipment and great atmosphere. Just lacks on some accessories, such as the ankle straps for weight machine and more of light bumper plates for beginners, as there's plenty of heavy ones. Cooffe shop has a very nice enviroment. However it lacks gluten-free and lactose free options.

Negative experience: Ceiling is full of mould which is potentially toxic, reported this but no action taken. The martial arts instructor is also very creepy and singled out my partner for being female and put his hands on her neck, only hers no one else's Update: I notice you didn't deny the behaviour or the mould

Fantastic experience: The Small Group Ladies Personal Training is excellent! Sharon is an excellent PT and makes every session enjoyable. She's always watching your technique and giving you plenty of encouragement and advice. If you've not exercised in a while and would like to get fit in a non intimating environment, I'd highly recommend you sign up HQ also has various classes, for all levels of fitness, at various times.....

Negative experience: Was going there for a while and all was great untill they change the rule that allows me only 1 training per day. No matter how many times I complain about it noone takes my complaint seriously. The way how it is - the week has 7 days but weekends morning classes not possible for me, evening they have nothing, bank holidays there are never classes, some days classes cancelled, so I end up with maybe 1-2 tranings a week! I tried to go with this system but the one class I am booking mostly get cancelled, I cant attend other classes and the day for me lost in driving as it takes me an hour to get there! I am paying the membership with classes, I don't care for the gym, so for a week me only driving, kissing the door and coming back. Is that your membership about now? Why i have to pay more expensive membership for nothing? Thats so unfair for a member who want to attend several classes a day ! If I was informed before that now its the rule - I wouldn't take a membership! And noone want to give me my money back !

Fantastic experience: I have just recently joined this gym, they are very helpful and friendly. It's a very well equipped gym and well staffed, with a lovely healthy restaurant at the front, it's very reasonably priced for membership with a few different payment options, it has ample car parking.
