Positive experience: War hier während meines 3-wöchigen Aufenthalts trainieren. Die Preise sind sehr gut und die wöchentliche Mitgliedschaft ist sehr praktisch. Die Ausstattung ist im großen und Ganzen ausreichend, leider nicht so gut wie in Deutschland. Die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr freundlich gewesen.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in Dublin. I lifted here during my trip to visit family. It has everything you need, affordable, simple and the staff was very welcoming. Big thanks to Darren and the owner for the hospitality. Great lifts and great Craic. Legend.

Fantastic experience: I really can't fault this place. I joined a few days ago. It has all of the equipment you need. Perfect for keep fit, light weight training to fully fledged body building. It doesn't have quite the same gloss as the massive gyms. This is part of its charm. Unlike some of the massive gyms you don't need to take out a 2nd mortgage to join. It's a very simple pricing structure. €7 for one day, and €15 for seven days, €50 for a month and €300 for a full year. There is absolutely no administration charge. How many people have paid €700 to €1000 for a years membership in a big gym only to drop out after a few weeks. Any staff I have met have been very friendly & only too happy to offer help

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in the country, really great atmosphere and the team here really know their stuff, the gym is equipped with some of the best machines for building muscle, there's a great choice for cardio and classes. there's also free parking. Go Unique Physique :-)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going this gym the last 3 years it’s such a good atmosphere the equipment is amazing !! Great for intense workouts , there’s also a huge room with Personal trainers which is also equipt with gym stuff , which is good if I decide to do class and sauna is fab also , would highly recommend it and shout out to Larry who really takes care and pride in what he does !

Positive experience: this gym needs a leverage bench press machine, the smith machine can take to much time to align the bench so its perfectly aligned hard to explain. i mean it should have a leverage bench press machine anyway. other than that a decent gym been a member on and off i would probably stick more than i had if they had what i said, but i have 2 shoulder injuries and cant do dumbells but a fixed leverage bench would be perfect i just dont understand why its not there. the threadmills are great, yeah its a decent gym i would only say a good gym if yous get a leverage bench press machine even get 2 of em. oh and fractional plates get more youd be hard pressed to find them and to go back and forward looking for 0.5kg plates and have to carry them to the smith machine 15 meters away. and the sauna was not working the last time i was there it used to be roasting hot the last time i was there it wasnt hot . the prices are excellent and very fair, one tricep rope was 1/4 shredded/ torn aswell from what i seen when i was last there.

Fantastic experience: Honestly the best proper lifting gym in Dublin! I'm attending while staying with family for a few months and they have everything I need and more! The staff are all super friendly too! A real hidden gem to be honest. Totally recommend!

Positive experience: Lovely staff, variety of equipment although it is not the newest. They have a sauna but it is not always on so it takes time to heat up. Great facility to have on your doorstep for those who won't miss the lack of a swimming pool or free classes.
