I cannot thank Leshma and Roland enough for their dedication and expertise, from dietary requirements to their encouragement throughout the exercise regime has been overall outstanding. Thank you guys, ye are both amazing. I have gone down 2 dress sizes!! My overall health has improved. My energy levels are so much better! I signed up for the 12 day kick start programme and with the training and guidance from Leshma and Roland I lost 6 inches off my overall body, I plan to go back for the 28 day programme soon and get where I want to be physically and mentally, I can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: I would like to really recommend the services of Educogym Knocknacarra, Galway for anyone trying to improve their health. I started there last September and my health has improved hugely since. All my stats are so much better with the excellent mix of specialised weight training and very specific nutritional regime. Plus very good weight loss. The best thing is the short, sharp and focused exercise routine and the expertise of the brilliant staff like my trainer Roland or Leshma. I always thought that it was just easier to do this stuff myself but that is definitely not the case. Many people would really benefit from this tailored, well thought out approach from professionals who really know your stuff. I thought I would just do a month of this but I am still there because it is so good. :)

Fantastic experience: All the staff here are very welcoming. I was nervous starting back at a gym due to an injury. The supervised training and structured sessions appealed to me. I'm in and out in 20 minutes, 3 times a week at specific times. Roland trains me. I would highly recommend him. He ensures my technique is correct and ensures the machine is set up correctly. Doing weight training is much easier and actually enjoyable with a good technique.

Roland, Joey and Leshma are very knowledgeable trainers and they have helped me improved my fitness and tone my shape in such a short amount of time (thank you guys! I'm so grateful!). The trainers are all very helpful and nice and they also understand that people are at different levels. They make sure everyone is looked after. Really delighted with the results and I've no hesitation recommending Educogym Galway and their trainers.

Negative experience: I went in a while ago for consultation seems like a scam honestly outrageous prices like honestly do not go here unless you're rich because its like 300 just for a month absolutely absurd. I'm with snapfitness now and the staff are way more inviting and friendly fee monthly is 40 and with that classes free in that membership you do have to pay for personal trainer but no where as dear as this place also is 24hr and you can use any machine you want unlike this place. You'd have to be insane to go here

Fantastic experience: I am about to complete my first five weeks of training at educogym, Galway and I can confidently say that it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I walked into the gym, I was greeted with a warm welcome from the friendly staff, who immediately made me feel at ease. My trainers are amazing, and they took the time to get to know me and understand my fitness goals. One of the things I love most about educogym was the focus on strength training. I was a little intimidated by lifting weights as I am carrying one or two old injuries but my trainers made sure I felt comfortable and confident in the gym. I know I am very much at the start of my journey but already I am seeing amazing results in just five weeks, and I can't wait to see what the next few months hold. The gym itself is well equipped and clean and I always feel safe and comfortable during my workouts, and the atmosphere is always positive and motivating. Overall, I would highly recommend educogym to any woman looking to start their fitness journey or to the next level. The trainers are knowledgeable and supportive, the workouts are challenging yet achievable in just 20 minutes and the results are truly heartening. Negative experience: Stay away from this place poorly trained instructors. All they want is your money and for you to buy their supplements got injured here as well

Fantastic experience: I've been going for over 6 mths and have definitely noticed a positive change in my body. My muscle % have increased and my fat % has decreased. I'm much stronger than I was. It's expensive but I feel it's worth it. I wouldn't have achieved this by myself.
