We are a fully equipped fitness gym which includes Sauna, Steam-room and relaxing area. We cater for all levels of fitness & age groups. Our qualified Fitness Instructors will provide ongoing advice & support. Our equipment includes: Rowing Machines, treadmills. Cross- trainers, Exercise bikes, Vibroplate, A wide range of fixed & free weights, Thera-Band Exercise Station. Fitness Classes are also ongoing including: Pilates, Indoor Cycling, Bootcamp, Over 55's Fitness, Teen Gym Club, Junior Badminton & Children's Fit & Fun.

Fantastic experience: Great little place, they certainty have the necessary equipment for a good work out. And the best part for me was visiting the sauna and the steam room after.
