Fantastic experience: I am currently doing Beginner Pole lessons for the last 3 months(I think) with Elly who is brilliant. She makes pole dancing so much and is so encouraging. I wouldn't have kept it up if it wasn't for her. My strength and fitness has come on thanks to these classes. It is so much fun just an hour every week to forget about being a Mam and having fun while I exercise and laugh with everyone. Definitely reccomend it to anyone no matter your fitness and strength. It is so much fun. And if you don't want to do pole there is other classes and they all look like people are enjoying themselves.
