Fantastic experience: I recently attend the sound bath mediation which I throughly enjoyed. From the warm welcome from Charlotte & Rory the lighting and warmth in the room, helped with my experience with the sound bath guest teacher Andy Tyler very enjoyabl. He guided us through a restorative sound bath experience with the resonant tones of Tibetan sounds, which allowed me throughout the mediation of the healing sound to grounded myself and bring me peace, clarity, and a renewed sense of calm.

Fantastic experience: Yoga and Pilates classes here are amazing! As someone who plays football, I’ve noticed a big difference in my flexibility, strength, and focus which really benefits my overall performance. They’re a great way to balance out all the training while adding some extra variety!

Fantastic experience: Always feel great after a Pilates class with Charlotte ‍♀️ incorporating the weights and ring has really boosted my strength and flexibility too!

Fantastic experience: Prenatal yoga and hypnobirthing Both the yoga classes and hypnobirthing are well worth going to to help prepare for labour and recovery. Charlotte creates such a relaxing and calm environment and provides so much knowledge and reassurance. Highly highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic 1:1 pregnancy class. Charlotte is so knowledgeable. The class is personalised based on how far along you are in your pregnancy and takes into consideration anything necessary like if baby is breach, if you have low lying placenta, pressure on the pelvis, etc. and what you can do vs what you should avoid. I've taken so much away from the class. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I attend Charlotte’s yoga, mindfulness and Pilates classes but I have to say Reformer pilates is my absolute favourite. I wish I could go 7 days a week. It’s safe to say I’m hooked and wouldn’t miss it for the world. It’s like a flexibility class, mindfulness session, and total body workout all in one. My legs shake, my abs burn, and a strong possibility that I could end up standing on my head before leaving The perfect way to end a stressful and busy work day & forget all your worries. “Just Breathe & Be present in the moment”.
