Negative experience: The most unfriendly and unwelcoming staff, not one of them ever says hello at reception. So so rude always

Fantastic experience: Nice gym, it get busy but it has good facilities. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: They don't do day passes unless you're staying at the adjoining hotel or are with a member. Had to go somewhere else. Looks like a great facility though with gym, swimming pool, etc.

Negative experience: Some of the current staff are unprofessional, gossiping about members personal lives and passing smart comments under their breath. Some of the members are also like this so be careful. Been a member of a few gyms around Galway, never had any issues. Been a member here for 4 years, relieved the membership is ending soon.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love this gym! It’s always spotless and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. There’s a fantastic variety of classes available at all different times of day, so it’s really easy to find something that fits your schedule. The membership is great value too — it includes access to all the classes, the gym, pool, sauna, and steam room. Plus, there’s loads of free parking. It never feels too busy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean, well-run, and welcoming gym with top-notch facilities.

Positive experience: Staff are brilliant but for the price they charge machines sometimes broke for days no discount on price lockerrooms are dated doors hanging off...the one usp is its 24hrs..its champagne money with lemonade service...needs a major upgrade

Fantastic experience: I went to many gyms in Galway, but it qualifies for the best a little high price to join but it's worth it. there is a gym, swimming pool and sauna. punching bag and class. the gym is very clean and the service is nice.

Fantastic experience: The gym area is small but has all the necessary. People there are tidy and neat... You'll find the dumbbells im their place (something I never seen in a gym before!). The pool is great and has 2 big saunas. Showers and changing rooms are big and clean.
