Aspire (Advanced Sports Performance Ireland)

Fantastic experience: I’m a member of Aspire for a number of years & I’ve worked closely with Joe Quinn through PT Sessions & group classes , it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in reaching out to Joe to help me on my fitness journey , Joe has been very encouraging , motivating & supportive , he will always be on hand to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly & that you are getting the best from your session , I attend the 6am class 3 mornings a week , & throughout my fitness journey I’ve made so many good friends through the gym we all encourage each other through class while having the craic too , it makes waking up at 5.15am easier to do as you know as soon as you walk through the doors of Aspire you are not only getting fitter but your having fun while doing so ,I’m the fittest I’ve ever been in my life & it’s the one thing I do for myself that I really enjoy it . But that’s all down to Joe , with the relaxed & comfortable environment he has created in his gym.
