Fantastic experience: This is truly an amazing gym, training here has changed my life. The support doesn't stop at the door these guys are passionate about there business and are only to happy to help and give advice on what's the best way the train, not just diet but why we should eat certain foods. Everyone has there reasons for joining a gym and for me it was to lose weight and overcome my injuries which were my knee and back. With the help, support and advice from some of Ireland's leading fitness coaches I am at this moment 4 stone lighter and with no injuries which I carried for over 10 year. That's why I can say Lifestyle Health and Fitness changed my life. If you are looking to train the right way this is the place.
