Fantastic experience: I only just made enquiries about the health club and I found every member of staff I spoke with so relaxed and friendly and kind highly recommend this place for anyone interested in joining

Negative experience: Not very impressed that they take an extra month’s fees when you cancel your membership. They claim this was explained when I signed up but not the case.

Fantastic experience: The team are brilliant here, super friendly place to train, love the lighting and always feel welcome when i come here! 100% recommend this for anyone looking for a great place to start out!

Positive experience: Great gym, lighting is so good! Super clean and staff super friendly!! However, a lot of machines are outdated or need servicing. Great changing rooms, plenty of lockers and super tidy!!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym with amazing staff who shared there expertise and knowledge with me when i first joined 18 months ago. Myself, Wife and 3 of our adult children are members and all give 5 star rating.

Positive experience: Gym itself has many different workout machines, nice layout, not too busy, clean and pleasant atmosphere, friendly staff. I would put 4 starts only because of the gym charging the daily fee of 15euros, but if you would like to attend the gym for a week or so, better option should be to purchase monthly pass, which should of been about 45€. However, if you are an international, the monthly charge is double the price… which is 80€. Dissapointing that gym prices goes above adequacy.

Fantastic experience: The gym is air-conditioned, which makes it comfortable when working out. All the equipment is well-maintained and kept clean.

Fantastic experience: I always leave with a smile on my face even when I go in sulking, the staff really make the place you can go to any gym and workout but this gym feels different. I was in a big commercial gym down the road before that it was overwhelming nothing was in a nice order or concise it was stressful to get a proper workout in and wasn't very friendly. This gym has a dedicated green zone for doing what ever you want weather its stretching or strengthening. The machines are easy to use none of this over the top thread mill/office/pizza maker you stick your phone on and go simple. Showers are nice and will definitely get that sweaty body clean. Actually has a disabled toilet that works and is clean and well looked after not like some other gyms and also has a lift too and is very disabilitie friendly another thing that makes me love this place. Again the layout is perfect everything makes sense the trainers actually listen when you have a problem. The music section is good a great mix of everything form house, hiphop and metal. I can't say enough about the trainer's world class ALL of them, John, Gemma, Barry, Joy, Mick and Jay all know my name even I dont remember my name most days. And the best part is it's one of the cheapest gyms around Tallaght, you can even try it on a day pass to see if you like it. The other gyms in the area make you pay for day pass and then treat you like a criminal when you use it.

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to send on a great review on one of your personal trainers in the tallaght gym Mick Hughes. I have just completed x8 PT sessions with my sister doing Micks joint PT sessions. I Think it’s nice and so important to recognise people when they’re doing a great job Mick is clearly very passionate about his job. He is very professional yet enthusiastic and motivating. As a physiotherapist I have a good understanding of exercise prescription, however, from a personal training point of view Micks was outstanding. He changed the programme up every session, kept it both interesting and challenging. He is an asset to your gym in Tallaght and I hope you send this feedback onto him as he really deserves it. Negative experience: Loved this little gym. I was a member there for 8 years in total. All the fancy machines in the world can't compete with the family vibes in Energie/Fit4less/Onelife/The Vault Tallaght (Yes I've been there for all these rebrandings). John, Jay and the crew are tops. However, the gym has taken a different route recently and allowed alot of kids in, groups of teenage boys and girls from the age of 12 with no idea of gym etiquette (groups of 7 and 8 hogging machines and taking selfies for the gram, while trying their hardest to get the right angle). I loved this gym but had to leave and join somewhere that didn't feel like a crèche. It's really frustrating as a member for nearly a decade that we were treated like this. I joined an admittedly an inferior gym but it's free of children and doesn't have Friday night school disco vibes.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym ! Starting doing personal training there with John Doherty (who really knows he's stuff, I'd highly recommend him). All staff are very friendly, helpful and easily approachable. The gyms equipment is all up to standard and has everything you need to get in shape for summer. Also did some body and conditioning classes up there too which were excellent

Fantastic experience: Well, I like here. Staff friendly, helpful, give advice, smile. Lots equipment inside from bicycle till serious weights. Lots different class with assistance you can get personal trainer for additional cost. Gym, generally is not expensive if you compare with the prices aruound-from 25 per month if you annual member...32 Euro if you pay monthly. Very busy Monday's and Tuesday evening, not that busy over weekend. I doing workouts here almost three months, so I can assure that you will get everything you need-help, advise,motivation, programs etc....

Fantastic experience: Absolute amazing gym!! Struggled for a few years with my weight loss and started this gym 3 months and I have to say I absolute love it! The staff are very friendly and always ever so helpful!.. Esspecially a young man named lee he always pushes me to my limits and great for advise with nutrition information and I've had amazing results because of himself and other staff members.. There's a wide range of facilitates in the gym which helped me also... The price is very affordable and would recommend this gym to everyone.. Thank you to everyone in this gym I praise yous so much to everyone i know :)

Fantastic experience: In this gym about 2 years now and haven't a bad word to say , the facilities are great and the staff that work there are great. I never squat or dead lifted before and lee showed me all the correct techniques.

Fantastic experience: Honestly can't recommend the gym enough. Price is so important and they've nailed it here for me and the staff and trainers are all so friendly and professional, but more importantly they're all very approachable.. I've often seen the staff around the local area and they're always very friendly, saying hello etc even when they're not working. A very positive environment too which helps a lot. 5 stars doesn't do it justice but it's all I've got to give!

Fantastic experience: fit4less is a very impressive gym and well maintained with up to date equipment , machines and free weight area and along with a great atomsphere . Whatever your goals this gym has everything you need achieve them. Great staff full of knowledge and very helpful. highly recommend too anyone !

Fantastic experience: i have been a member for over 2 and half years staff are extremely helpful, hygiene is always on point. when i was preparing for joining the fire brigade i needed a lot of help with my fitness which the staff helped me improve and successfully passed and got accepted into the fire brigade. i would recommend all to come down and give it a bash.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member in F4L for the last year and a half. I really enjoy everything about this gym from the equipment, the classes, the price and most importantly the staff and how welcome they all make you feel and also how professional they all are. I have done some PT with Eoghan who I would highly recommend to anyone! I cannot fault this gym in anyway as it just can't be beaten on price and service. As the saying goes...if carlsberg did gyms...this would probably be the best gym in the world

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of the gym for 2 years and will be renewing my membership again this January. I go mostly to the classes, I love the motivation the trainers give you. The members are all down to earth and friendly. Parking is easy and location is great. The Trainers are excellent and take an interest in each and every person. I am currently doing the 6 week transformation with Gemma and Dave, we have such a laugh and the Whatsap group is so encouraging and full of info!! I can't recommend this gym highly enough.

Fantastic experience: At current i am really enjoying my expierence in fit4less tallaght as a new member i have been made feel extremely welcome and the constant help from trainers has kept my training from becoming boring. classes are an excellent addition which i mix alot with my own training overall one of the best facilities and gyms i have attended :-)

Fantastic experience: After moving to Tallaght from my hometown in England I found it hard, missed my family, friends and going to my local Gym in turn I gained weight and lost confidence. That was soon re-gained after walking into Fit for Less. Ashleigh was warm and inviting gave me great advice and that was me signed up. I have been a member for over a year now and I have to say I absolutely love going. I have lost most of my weight and gained back my confidence. The transformation classes run by Gemma and Dave are motivating and we have the banter also. We have online support from them both and all this out of work hours. I always look forward to my classes and I am seeing great benefits too! I have 3 friends all signed up through my recommendations and I will continue to highly recommend this Gym. It's great to walk into a Gym and see friendly faces. €24.99 a month is a small price to pay for what this place has done for me.

Fantastic experience: i joined fit for less in january 2016.i have been to many gyms and i can honestly say this hym has the most friendly staff i have ever come ascross.the gym itself has the best classes with the most motvational staff i have ever come across..any fitness goal can be achieved here. the facilities are great,i hosestly cant see myself changing gym anywhere in the near future, highly reccomend this gym to anyone, especially if you are looking for dedicated staff to help you with your goals,

Fantastic experience: Fit4less is the best gym I have ever been a member of. The staff are just so friendly & motivating. They are always on hand to give you exercise advice and they seem genuinely interested in helping you reach your fitness goals. It's so bright and inviting and is absolutely spotless. Every time you go in the staff are smiling and also say hello and goodbye which is nice in some other gyms you feel a bit invisible. I have recently joined the women's transformation class & the trainers Gemma and David that run the class are so professional but also love a bit of banter which makes the class fly through and I thoroughly enjoy it. I would and have recommended this gym to family and friends. Definately worth €24.99 a month which is a great price for such a professional gym

Fantastic experience: I joined the Gym nearly 17 months now, and so far things are not that bad according to me, and considering the price, I am getting much more. Its 100% clean, the interior layout is totally perfect as it helps members(me) to work more. One major weakness. equipment takes a bit longer to get fixed or replaced.
