Negative experience: Never again... if you try contact with Gary.. never answers the phone .I booked few times my PT and the gym was close. I try cancel my membership but no answer.Very disappointing service.

Fantastic experience: Been a part of this gym for 2 months and I'm working with Gary on the academy package. Down 22 lbs and counting, going towards my goals is easy when the team motivates you and steers you in the right direction. Consistency and being able to take guidance will change your life, the people around you will drive you to stay on track, these are the people you can trust. Facility is fully equipped, clean and welcoming, sessions are booked and max 7 people per slot, trainers will give you exercises based on what you're training on the day so there's no need to plan just show up work hard and enjoy the rest of the day on a high. Billy and Ann are very high energy an you never leave a session without a laugh. Gary motivates and he teaches you which is deadly important as you then have the tools to continue post plan Can't recommend these guys enough, best gym in fermoy hands down
