Positive experience: I found the pregnancy Pilates classes very enjoyable. The exercises helped both during birth and I believe my recovery after. Claudia is an excellent teacher and always there for advice and support.

Fantastic experience: Coach P as the juniors call him is Amazing in F.V Oranmore. He has a great way with the kids. He is nice to them yet can control & disipline them without having to raise his voice. The kids respect him. He motivates the kids very well & also brings a fun factor to the class. Really great Coach
