Negative experience: Scammers Be careful if you want to cancel your gym membership. They might try to charge you twice, so make sure to ask for all the details before you cancel. Always double-check everything with them and make sure they explain all the terms clearly — because they don’t explain things properly at the beginning on purpose. And you can check the other lower reviews, they’re all saying the same things

Fantastic experience: I have been going here for just over a year & would very much recommend. The team are the best part as they are way more engaging than other gyms I’ve used in the past. Love that it’s a 24 hour gym & right in the city centre. Great facilities & there is an emphasis on cleaning down equipment after use. If you’re thinking of joining just do it ☺️

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! Very well furnished, barely you'll find every machine full, and the staff are lovely. Big showers, and a big space for change and a nice station for make up and fix your hair. I still never try the classes, but I will.

Negative experience: Stuff should mention and make sure that people who is signing up for membership knows that they have 30 days cancellation policy. On the other hand I did have my 30days notice and they couldn’t cancel my membership for 2 MONTHS And of course I had to give them my 80€ fire their “mistake” I guess I just tipped them very well Beside that I won’t be complaining abt lack of equipment and small space, if you are a beginner it’s a good gym to start, but if you are a experienced bodybuilder or powerlifter u might want to consider going to any other gyms

Fantastic experience: I started going to the gym to recover from an injury in my knee, when I started I could hardly do sports, but after working with Louis my knee has improved a lot. If you need help recovering from an injury I recommend Louis.

Negative experience: Absolute money racket, joined this gym in January and only went a handful of times, froze my account and missed a payment on April first as I had moved away and forgot about this gym. I was being contacted non stop throughout April emails, phone calls and text messages non stop every single day. I payed my outdistancing balance thinking I was done with them and they told me I now have to pay membership for the month of May too? Even though I haven’t been to the gym since January and I have absolutely no intentions of ever using the gym again as I don not live here and even if I did it would be the last place I would go. This gym is money hungry only and little to no care for members with very bad customer care.

Negative experience: Scammers. Even when you quit the gym they charge you for an extra month and keep harassing you with emails and text messages if you can't make the payment. The vibe in the place is off.

Fantastic experience: Really nice gym with a great team, love the banter they have with each other and the content that comes with it Special shout out to Louis who I’ve been working with for the last 6 months who has been the most incredible support on my journey-I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get started or who needs a helping hand ☺️

The gym is fully loaded with professional equipment, and I was particularly impressed by the nice studio in the back for classes. The atmosphere is amazing and really motivates you to push yourself to the limit. The team at the gym is truly professional, and their kindness and helpfulness made my experience even better. It's clear that they are passionate about what they do and genuinely care about the members. One of the best aspects of this gym is that it's open 24/7, which is incredibly convenient for those with busy schedules. Overall, I would give this gym an A+++++ rating. Fantastic experience: I've been to many gyms and none compare to Snap 24/7 in Galway, absolutely none. I had to move cities and I miss this gym everyday. I have yet to find a gym community like the one in Snap. All the staff are so positive and helpful. I've never had a negative experience here. I've learned so much from other gym goers, who have been so kind to teach me and when I was there I did the same for others. This isn't a stereotypical normal gym, this is a community, that I was so fortunate of being apart of. The facilities are absolutely amazing and the staff are the most helpful and are always striving to make the gym better. There is always something happening there, from charity events to fun activities like spinning a prize wheel for members. Especially for the price of membership, I don't know why you wouldn't want to join this gym.

Negative experience: It’s nice to have a gym in the city only thing is half of the time machines and the hair dryer ect are broken , the fact you have to pay a another month even though you cancelled it because it’s fair for people who might have cancelled it due to financial reasons or health reasons it’s a waste of money and with the cost of living not everyone can afford to pay a another month’s , they have a very bad student discount rate many other gyms in Galway have better ones along with better facilities, The gym is also very over packed but they keep signing on more members this is even during in busy hours there’s not enough facilities for everyone such as only two changing rooms and two bathrooms and about 3 showers. It is also at times very unclean with the bathrooms and even around the gym with weights for not put back I did give a one month notice didn’t make a difference in time cancelling it also charged my account the full money even though we came up with a payment plan with 10 euro per week up to the end of the month still took the full account when I rang up get rude customer support‘I got told told I shouldn’t have had the money in my account they told me it would be charged on the first ‘ again your saying you require 30 days notice in which I did do that as such and it was due to illness other gyms office support but not here I been to many gyms but never seen as badly run gym , staff say one thing and the next , to be honest there’s many better gyms in Galway the kingfisher, and planet health also close to the city and much better staff And plans for your money

Fantastic experience: Love this gym! You pay by month on a rolling basis so you're not stuck on a contract. This is brilliant. The equipment is excellent and the showers are great.

Fantastic experience: Really great gym and nice staff.The classes are amazing. More locker areas would also be beneficial, but I understand that they need to work with the space that they currently have. My only other comment would be that I expected a Smiths machine at the very least.
